Our story

Sufra began as one oven and a tray of kunafa on King Fahd Road. Today it is a bakery, a roastery and a kitchen that cooks for weddings, iftars and Tuesday mornings.

Baked the morning it leaves

Nothing here sits overnight. Dough is shaped at five, trays come out at six, and the first drivers leave at nine.
